Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product is defective you have 60 days to return for repairs or to exchange the product. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of Versa’s designs, we cannot promise that you will be able to exchange for the exact same piece. Versa Jewelry does not issue refunds and we do not offer store credit at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for problems that occur in transit.
Shipping
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $100 OR MORE! Please allow up to five business days from placement of your order until your package ships. All parcels, both domestic and international, will ship USPS First-Class mail. The shipping rate is $5 in North America (Canada, Mexico and the United States). International orders outside of North America will be shipped for a flat fee of $12. On all international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all import taxes and duties. Because international orders take longer to ship, please allow up to two weeks from purchase to delivery.
